Facilities:
We want you to be comfortable and get as much as possible from your time here.
To that end, we have on hand:
* all of the veterinary equipment needed in the equine and ruminant portions of the CPE
* a small and well-used library of veterinary texts and reference materials
* click here to view the guest house
* wireless internet access
You'll be practicing animal handling and clinical skills on horses and other livestock kindly supplied for the purpose by some of Dr Gemeinhardt's clients.
When appropriate, you'll also be riding along on routine farm calls and emergencies, although contact with client-owned animals will be decided on a case-by-case basis by Dr Gemeinhardt and the client.
Please note that hands-on work with cattle must be scheduled well in advance, as availability is limited.
